ABOUT

HELM was founded in 2022 by Kristen Hellwig, an advertising and marketing veteran with 30 years experience working across all business affairs disciplines. Kristen began in NYC at various agencies, honing skills in broadcast television, digital and print production, talent relations, legal review, licensing and clearances. A career pivot then turned into a 16-year span at Platinum Rye Entertainment, specializing in the negotiation and management of celebrity-influencer endorsements and intellectual property licensing for top brands such as DIRECTV-AT&T, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble and Pepsi.

The goal of HELM is to bring an arsenal of knowledge to agencies and brands in need of navigation through the complex territory of business affairs and procurement.
